On an ordinary work day the San Onofre Nuclear Facility is taken over by terrorists. All traces found by the police and intelligence units, which rush to the site to get the situation under control, seem to point at Al Qaeda. Everything looks like a rerun of the 9/11 scenario. Then the terrorists manage to broadcast their message around the world, that despite of the attacks at 9/11 the US has still failed to make the nuclear facilities of the country terror-proof.
