Rasmus is 33 years old and still not able to say no. This causes problems when he promises his best friend Jack to help him write his new novel at the same time as his boss wants him to write a Danish version of an American sex guide. Things get even worse when he falls in love with Emily but is not able to break up with his long-time girlfriend Bolette, who wants a baby with him. And as he cannot say no to no one, he finds himself entrapped in responsibilities, promises and lies. How long can he manage to juggle all of this?
